Restoritive Yoga - Mostly a floor practice,
with seated postures, core strengthening, twisting, deep hip opening and breath work.
Appropriate for all levels, including brand new beginners.
Community Flow yoga class - Vinyasa Flow style.
This style of yoga is designed to strengthen the body, mind and spirit. This practice will enhance flexibility, increase vitality and strength, and provide an overall sense of connectedness and well being. Please come and join us! All levels welcome. No experience necessary.
Community Flow yoga class - Hatha Flow style. This is an ancient physical discipline with a spiritual philosophy based on the joining of opposites. Come join in this exploratory and fun Yoga practice. All levels welcome. No experience necessary..
