The Möller Pipe Organ
Mt. Olive is home to a custom-built Möller pipe organ, handcrafted by the M.P. Möller Company of Hagerstown, Maryland, one of the world’s leading pipe organ builders. Constructed in every part for our church and installed in the fall of 1968, this remarkable instrument is the only one of its kind in the Los Angeles area.
Details:
With three manuals and over 1,800 pipes, the Möller organ was carefully voiced to match the acoustics of our sanctuary. Its 32 ranks across five divisions allow for a wide range of expression—from quiet, meditative tones to rich, full-bodied sound. Whether leading hymns in worship or showcasing classic organ repertoire in concert, this instrument continues to fill our space with music that inspires and uplifts.
